Paris Bistro’s kitchen is run by Executive Chef, Sebastian Colce, who has over 20 years of experience preparing superb traditional French Cuisine.  A true artist in the kitchen, Colce is constantly improving his craft and sources only the highest quality ingredients for his exquisite dishes.

 Boeuf Bourguignon is, after all, just beef braised in wine, and when we make it at home, it’s stew. In the hands of an artist like Colce, the dish becomes a classic of slow-cooked tender meat and vegetables, intense with the essence of Pinot Noir and exceeding the sum of its ingredients.
